Scott Kessler is an experienced attorney focusing on Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation law, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, truck accidents, and dog bite cases. He is a former New Jersey Supreme Court–Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney and has been recognized 13 times as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for his work in both practice areas.
Mr. Kessler has successfully argued cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division, helping expand the rights of injured workers statewide. He has served as Managing Shareholder of Team Law since 2012 and has led the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department since 1991.
A graduate of Rutgers University and New York Law School, Mr. Kessler has been licensed to practice in New Jersey since 1988 and remains actively involved in workers’ rights advocacy and the New Jersey legal community.
