Howard Wiener is a highly experienced trial attorney with over 35 years of practice focused on personal injury law, including premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases. He is a Supreme Court–Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by a small percentage of New Jersey lawyers, and has tried more than 150 jury cases to verdict.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Wiener served as a Law Secretary in the Essex County Superior Court and spent 14 years as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex and Union Counties, including eight years supervising major investigative units. He was also cross-designated as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney working on organized crime investigations.
