Focuses his practice on civil litigation matters

Mr. Kessler joined the firm in 2021 and focuses his practice on civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He brings valuable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kessler worked in insurance defense litigation for New Jersey’s largest auto insurance carrier, giving him insight into defense strategies that he now leverages to advocate effectively for individuals injured by negligence. He previously practiced at a plaintiffs’ firm handling complex pharmaceutical and medical device personal injury cases.

Mr. Kessler earned his undergraduate degree from the William Paterson University Honors College and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Following law school, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C., in Middlesex County. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2017 and to the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in 2018.
